Randomized Check-Ins add an additional layer of accountability by providing a window of time during which a client will be randomly asked to check-in.
Set Up Randomized Check-Ins
To set up randomized check-ins for a client:
- Open a client's profile from the Client List.
- Go to Randomized Check-Ins.
- Enter a number in the Average Number of Check-Ins a Day field. Note that this field is an average, not an exact number of check-ins.
- Select start and end times for randomized check-ins.
- Click Save.
Note: Changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
