Schedule Notifications are sent overnight with a list of clients scheduled to report for testing the next day. Call Reports are sent for each call-in window to let you know who did and did not call in.
Add a Recipient
To set testing notification and call report emails,
- Navigate to Settings, then to Email Notifications.
- Add the recipient's email address to the email type(s) they would like to receive.
- Once you've added a recipient, a blank field will appear to add another recipient.
- Click Save Emails when you are done adding recipients.
Remove a Recipient
To remove testing notification and call report emails:
- Navigate to Settings, then to Email Notifications.
- Click the red minus symbol next to the email address you wish to remove from the list.
- Click Save Emails when you are done making changes.
