Schedule Notifications are sent overnight with a list of clients scheduled to report for testing the next day. Call Reports are sent for each call-in window to let you know who did and did not call in.

Add a Recipient

To set testing notification and call report emails,

  1. Navigate to Settings, then to Email Notifications.
  2. Add the recipient's email address to the email type(s) they would like to receive.
  3. Once you've added a recipient, a blank field will appear to add another recipient.
  4. Click Save Emails when you are done adding recipients.

Remove a Recipient

To remove testing notification and call report emails:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then to Email Notifications.
  2. Click the red minus symbol next to the email address you wish to remove from the list.
  3. Click Save Emails when you are done making changes.
