To improve account security, Reconnect requires that passwords meet certain criteria.

Password Requirements

Reconnect Manager password requirements include:

A minimum length of seven (7) characters
No more than two (2) identical characters in a row
Contains at least three (3) out of four (4) of the following: lower case letter, upper case letter, number.

Additionally, passwords cannot:

Contain the first or last name of the user
Include the 10,000 most common passwords (learn more here)
