- Verify messages come through while new clients are in your office
- Send/view messages from the Messages menu
- Your clients will send/view messages via the app
- Confirm notifications are turned on in Settings
- Confirm all permissions for the Reconnect Community app are on.
- Ensure that the Reconnect Community app is updated
Tip: On an iPhone, long press on the App Store and select Updates. This will bring you to a screen that will tell you if any of the applications on your phone need to be updated.

- Ensure Internet connection by loading a website on the phone.
- Close the application and then re-open.
- Reboot the phone.
