Messages

  • Verify messages come through while new clients are in your office
  • Send/view messages from the Messages menu
  • Your clients will send/view messages via the app

Notifications

  • Confirm notifications are turned on in Settings

Permissions

  • Confirm all permissions for the Reconnect Community app are on.

Update Application

  • Ensure that the Reconnect Community app is updated

Tip: On an iPhone, long press on the App Store and select Updates. This will bring you to a screen that will tell you if any of the applications on your phone need to be updated.

Tip: On an Android, open the Play Store and tap on the hamburger button on the top left of the screen, then tap My apps & games. This will bring you to a screen that will tell you if any of the applications on your phone need to be updated.

Other

  • Ensure Internet connection by loading a website on the phone.
  • Close the application and then re-open.
  • Reboot the phone.
