Grouping your clients allows for easy sorting and quick access to a subset of your program. Use client groups to split by any criteria that makes sense in your program.

Create a Client Group

To create a new client group:

  1. Go to Settings, then to Client Groups.
  2. In the empty field at the bottom of the group list, enter a group name and click Add Group.
  3. If adding multiple groups at once, a new empty field will appear after you have added a group.

Remove a Client Group

To remove an existing client group:

  1. Go to Settings, then to Client Groups.
  2. Select the red minus sign to remove the group you no longer need.
  3. Select Confirm on the pop-up to remove the group.

Adding a Client to a Group

Once a group has been created you can assign clients to it:

  1. From the Client List find the client you would like to add and open their profile.
  2. Go to the Testing Information section.
  3. In the Participant Group field, select the group the participant should be a part of.

Note: You can assign a participant to multiple groups.
