Use check-in windows to determine when participants can complete their daily check-ins. The window of time can be as long or as short as necessary, and your program can use as many or as few windows as needed. Clients cannot check in before their window begins, and you will be notified if the if they check in after their window is over.

Create a Check-In Window

To create a new check-in window:

  1. Go to Settings, then to Check-in Windows.
  2. Select the Add Window button at the bottom of the list of existing windows.
  3. Enter a name for your check-in window, along with a Start and End time.
  4. Select Save when you are finished.

Remove a Check-in Window

To remove an existing check-in window:

  1. Go to Settings, then to Check-in Windows.
  2. Find the window you would like to remove and select the Remove button.

Note: Windows in use cannot be removed and the button will not be selectable. Remove a window from all client profiles first if you would like to delete it.

Adding a Check-In Window to a Participant

Once a check-in window has been created you can add it to participant profiles:

  1. Find the participant on your Client List and open their profile.
  2. Scroll to the Testing Information section.
  3. Select the appropriate window in the Check-In Window field.
