Use this article to help you with the process of unpairing the ReconnectBand from your client's device and confirm that the device is unpaired from your client's device through Reconnect Manager.

Unpair ReconnectBand

  • Done through Reconnect Manager
  • Go to Clients
  • Find the client's name
  • Go to Device Status
  • Go to Connected Bands sections
  • Select Unpair
