The Reconnect Manager App allows you to have direct communication with your clients via your smartphone device, you will be able to message directly via our chat feature or be able to communicate via video call on all available devices.

Note: Reconnect Video call is currently available on Android 8 or higher and most iOS devices.

Signing In

You are able to access the Reconnect Manager app with the same credentials that you would use for the web-based Reconnect Manager.

Messages Reconnect

Manager app allows you to communicate via your smartphone device with your clients. You can directly message your clients via the chat feature with text-based messaging.

  • After successful login to the Reconnect Manager app
  • Click Messages on the home screen
  • Click the Compose Message Icon on the top right of the screen
  • Select the client name that you choose to message
  • Chat dialogue will open. It will create a new conversation or open a current conversation

Video Call

Reconnect Manager app allows you to communicate via your smartphone device with your clients using video calls.

  • After successful login to the Reconnect Manager app
  • Click Messages on the home screen
  • Click the Compose Message Icon on the top right of the screen
  • Select the client name that you choose to message
  • Chat dialogue will open. It will create a new conversation or open a current conversation
  • Click on the Green Video Icon on the top right of the page to start a video call.

Note: Video calls will be recorded and saved to the conversation for later access and use. Please allow time for the processing of the video.
