You can easily change the email and password for your Reconnect Manager account, but the username cannot be changed.
Change Your Account Email Address
To change the email address associated with your account:
- In Reconnect Manager, select your name in the top right and choose My Account.
- Scroll down to the Account Email section.
- Enter the new email address and reenter it to confirm the change.
- Select Save Information.
Note: When you change your email you will be required to log in again.
Change Your Account Password
To change you account password:
- In Reconnect Manager, select your name in the top right and choose My Account.
- Scroll to the Account Password section.
- Enter your new password and reenter to confirm.
- Select Save Information.
