Staffing Sheet V2 is designed to allow programs to run larger reports by enabling reports to generate in the background.
What’s Changed (Key Improvement)
The primary update is that staffing reports now:
Generate in the background
Allow for longer processing time
Prevent timeouts when running large batches
How to run a Large Batch Report:
Step 1: Navigate to Reports
Go to the Reports tab in Reconnect Manager.
Select the new option: “Staffing Sheet V2.”
Tip: Don't see the tab? Reach out to Reconnect to ensure the feature is enabled for your program.
Step 2: Configure Your Report
Follow the same process you currently use for staffing sheets:
Select the sections you want included
Choose the date range (start and end date)
Select the participants/clients to include
Once all selections are made, click “Fetch Report.”
Step 3: Report Begins Generating (New Behavior)
After clicking Fetch Report, you will see a message at the top of the screen:
“Generating Report.”The report will now generate in the background, rather than timing out.
You do not need to stay on this page — you can navigate elsewhere in Reconnect while the report processes.
Step 4: Check Report Status
To check progress, return to Staffing Sheet V2.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a Report History section.
Each report will display:
Date generated
Current status:
Processing → Report is still generating
Completed → Report is ready to download
Step 5: Download Completed Report
Once the status shows Completed, you can download the report directly from the Report History section.
The report is available in PDF or CSV format. Select the icon for your desired report format, and the download should begin automatically.
How to generate a Staffing Sheet Report from the Quick-Action Button
From the Dashboard, click the orange plus button in the lower-right
Select Generate Staffing Sheet
Apply Filters
Click Request Report
June 2026 Staffing Sheet Report Updates:
-Display the Pause/Suspend section located om the Program Information section of the Client Profile.
-Show Service Adjustments.
-Generate through the Quick-Action button.
-Display Phase Goal Progress.
-Pull Sanction Status/Due Dates.
-Show most recent Court Dates and applicable Notes.
-Pull Client address information from current Housing Address History (where is Current = yes) rather than from the Contact Addresses field.
