Reconnect Community requires a username and PIN when logging in. For security reasons, Reconnect staff is not able to provide login information. If you have forgotten your Reconnect Community username and PIN please reach out to your case manager, and ask for them to provide the login information.

Once you have obtained your login, please try logging into the Reconnect Community app on your smartphone.
