Are you not receiving notifications from Reconnect Community?

Check these settings:
1. Confirm Reconnect Community app permissions
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Apps and scroll down to find Reconnect Community
Select the Location option and confirm it is set to Always
On the same screen, turn on Precise Location if that setting is available
Return to the previous screen
Select the Notification option and confirm it is set to Allow Notifications is On
Turn on Critical Alerts. These are the extra loud alerts that sound when the check-in window is ending soon.
Confirm that alerts are allowed on the lock screen, notification center, and as banners.
Confirm that Sounds and Badges are both allowed.
2. Confirm that critical alerts are allowed
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Apps and scroll down to find Reconnect Community
Select the Notification option and confirm it is set to Allow Notifications is On
Turn on Critical Alerts. These are the extra loud alerts that sound when the check-in window is ending soon.
3. Check your phone sound settings
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Sounds & Haptics
Increase the Ringers and Alerts volume if it is too low
On the side of the phone above the volume buttons, confirm that the silent switch is not on.
4. iPhone physical silent button
Check whether the physical silent switch on the side of the phone is on. If you are not sure if the silent switch is on:
The silent switch is enabled if you can see orange along the switch.
If the phone is unlocked, when you change the switch, a pop-up will indicate if you have turned silent on or off.
5. Allow cellular usage for Reconnect Community
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Apps and scroll down to find Reconnect Community
Turn on Cellular Data
6. Allow Reconnect Community to run in the background
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Apps and scroll down to find Reconnect Community
Turn on Background App Refresh
7. Disable Low Power Mode
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Battery
Confirm that Low Power Mode is Off
8. Confirm that Precise Location is on
Go to the phone’s Settings app
Go to Apps and scroll down to find Reconnect Community
Select the Location option
Turn on Precise Location
9. Confirm that GPS is enabled on device
Go to the phone’s Settings app and then to Privacy
Find Location Services and confirm that is On
