Reconnect Community is available on both iOS and Android devices. To download the app, search for “reconnect community” in your device’s app store.

After downloading is complete, launch the Reconnect Community app. You will be asked to log in using the username and PIN provided by your case manager. If you do not have that information, please reach out to your case manager.

After your initial login, you will be prompted to allow certain permissions. These settings allow Reconnect Community to run effectively. For more information on these settings:

Note: Client devices will periodically receive a silent "Testing App Connection" or "Syncing" notification from Reconnect. This is expected and should not impact app or device usage. For more information, please see the article about Client App Connection.
